• Each site is reviewed with a formal review report on a regular basis. All aspects of cleaning are assessed. A copy of the report is provided for the customer. The site cleaners receive specific instructions form this report on what is going well and what needs to be improved.


• Customers are encouraged to provide feedback for discussion with cleaners.
